Downstairs
The home comes readily equipped with all the necessities to make your stay easy and relaxing. The spacious dining area and living room are perfectly suited for groups or families. There is a large family dining table that seats 8. The kitchen contains everything you need including double door fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, microwave & large family gas oven & barista espresso machine. The living area has a large new couch , flat screen T.V., Sonos Bluetooth speaker system, Netflix and high speed fibre to the door NBN WIFI.
Upstairs
The two bedrooms are located upstairs with a recently renovated bathroom. Large louvre windows provide great airflow into the rooms which have also air conditioning and fans installed. The master has a king sized bed with a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a king sized bed which can be split into two king singles. The house sleeps 4 with this configuration.
A fold out single bed is available on request.
Garden & Parking
The property is private with a tree lined garden and tall fencing. The garden is fully enclosed with a small grassed area.
There are two off road parking spots. All linen and towels provided.
A perfect space for small families, friends and couples.
Note. The owner lives on site in seperate, private accommodation. This is in line with Byron council STRA rules.
Note. There is no laundry facilities. A laundry service can be arranged on request.
Guests will have access to all of the two bedroom house.

Suffolk Park is nestled right next to the spectacular 6.5km long Tallows beach. 'Suffolk' has ample amenities within a short walk for your convenience. There is a popular bakery which also serves local coffee and a variety of breads and fresh foods. The 'suffo' pub has a large menu selection, including healthy choices & a bottle shop. There are three small restaurants for dining in/takeaway including an Italian, Indian & Mexican. A small 'Spar' supermarket and post office are all within the same area. Byron Bay is 5km/8 mins by car. There is also a new, flat bike track taking you all the way from Suffolk to Byron, just 25mins of pedal power.
