"Check in without staff was difficult. Parking was available and it was weird. The building was cold and there were no vending machines or laundry available. The man staffing breakfast was great."

"wonderful location just off the main pedestrian shopping street. Very close to subway. Easy check-in and I liked electronic key on my phone. Also, they provided not only shampoo and body wash, but also hair conditioner, which I appreciate a lot! I liked how it smells! Kitchen has enough plates and utensils for two people. My suggestion, however is to add corkscrew and bottle opener, they will come handy."

"The Ruby Hanna is in a great location. The train to and from the airport is minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and really well thought out. The bed was heavenly and the sheets and other linens were immaculate. They have pared down the unnecessary stuff and thought about what makes a stay enjoyable and comfortable.
