Great location and very clean with an excellent breakfast. As is often the case with hotels, a "green" sign saying they would not change linens unless you left towels on the floor, but then they changed them anyway. Please follow through with the green pledge!

Märklin Days in Göppingen

Great location short walk to tram, town, main station, bus. Quiet area, bathroom a little small and not sure if the A/C was working or that was just a fan unit. But you can’t bet the price and comfort or for the location, this was a very good stay. Staff was super too. Storage my goods in freezer, called my taxi as well. Definitely will stay again when visiting Stuttgart!

Zimmer in Ordnung, bräuchten teilweise einen neuen Anstrich. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Parkplatzsituation perfekt, wenn man einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel bekommt, dann ist er umsonst. Sonst Parkhaus aber nicht direkt am Hotel 12 Euro die Nacht. Frühstück Trotz das wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten wurden wir am Morgen erst mal weggeschickt. Müssten das erstit der Rezeption klären. Etwas ungünstig... Normales Frühstück in Ordnung wir hatten schon schlechteres aber auch besseres. Leider hatten wir das Hotel extra wegen dem veganes Alternativangebot gebucht. Wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Dies war leider kaum vorhanden. Dies beschränkte sich auf Hafermilch (kalt), Humus und eine ausgeschilderte Brötchensorte, sowie Gurken oder Obst. Keine Joghurtalternative die für Lactose intolerant auch hilfreich wäre, Müsli bzw. Cornflakes waren vielleicht vorhanden. Nur leider hat sich keiner so wirklich ausgekannt. Auf Nachfrage konnte uns nicht viel weitergeholfen werden. Es wurden uns Cornflakes gezeigt die mit Honig waren. Viel erwartet hatten wir ja nicht aber zumindest eine Beschriftung, was vegan ist wäre schon sehr hilfreich gewesen. Ich kann das Hotel nicht mit veganen Alternativen bewerben und dann aber nichts anbieten. Lieber nicht bewerben dann erwartet man auch nichts. Sehr schade und ärgerlich für uns. Muss man auf sowas nicht achten kann man es buchen ....
