"Easy to get to, clean and convenient. No A/C in the rooms and nothing we could do. The day we checked in was 30 degrees C. A window broke and the manager would not respond to us. Helpdesk calls went to the UK and Ireland, when hotel was in Denmark. Carl in Ireland did his best to help us but he had limited options. "The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"Clean and cozy room in a big house with a Terrasse and big garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpull host. The big bathroom you have to share with other guests."
