The heater was pretty loud, but everything else was great and very clean. Lady serving the breakfast was very engaging and nice, as were the folks at the front desk both days.

Dirty and unkept. The room had black mold on the wall behind the door. The vanity and wall above the faucet still had tooth brushing splashes from the previous stay. We were shown another room but it was similar. We decided not to stay, but they would not refund any just because we had “checked in”. ...

Very nice close to the Cuyahoga Scenic Valley Railroad. Came for the Polar Express loved it.
