When we arrived, the light in the main living area didn’t work, we had no cooking pots, the TV wasn’t connected to the internet, and the bathroom sink only had super hot water. After complaining, we moved to a new unit after 2 nights which was in much better shape. Free laundry in building but the basement smelled terrible."

"A hidden gem!! We booked one night at The Station whilst working locally and it was fantastic! Check in was easy, convenient parking and the room was stunning! The kitchenette was a fantastic addition. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked to come back 2 days later. Our go to place now when visiting Coventry. So peaceful and gorgeously designed!"

"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

App door key is functional once you get used to it, though I would prefer a key or code personally as having all of the doors unlock before I reach them is a security/safety risk, especially for lone travellers.
