"For a luxury hotel, there were a lot of issues. We had the towel rack come off the wall, our shower didn’t drain properly so kept flooding the toilet area, the area leading to the indoor pool was a construction zones etc. On the positive side, the location is beautiful, the staff are helpful, and the room was very comfortable."

Good location within half hour walk to old town or gruz or there is a bus stop outside. The staff were great, really helpful. We will definitely stay again when we go back to Dubrovnik "
