"Parkeren aan de overkant in een parkeergarage. Gratis. Ontbijt is ruim en voldoende. Kamers net."

"Great property and amazing staff when you can find them. The only downside if the awful experience you will get if you book through Expedia which doesn't seem to send you the confirmation details the day before which means you can't get into your room. If you arrive late then expect to spend time on the phone with the really helpful and polite support team at the hotel. Would certainly stay again, would certainly not book through Expedia again."

"Review for an overnight stay booked shortly before arriving in Aachen. Travelling by car the sat nav picked the sister Art Hotel Superior instead! Not unusual. The correct Comfort hotel is not far from it. Not very clear from the road, sits behind a car wash! That said, check in was straightforward, friendly and efficient. The room was OK, bathroom/shower very clean. Liked the in-room safe, shame no tea/coffee machine. Small balcony. Bad weather meant we did not try to get into the city centre...
