I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Manteca and had a great experience! The customer service was amazing everyone was so friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was large, super clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. We also felt very safe during our stay, and the other guests around us were really friendly too. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very clean. The room is very clean. However, the customer service upon arrival was terrible. The employee in the front desk was very confrontational and was very rude when we asked if we can have a room on the first floor we were denied that because we were not handicap. to be honest I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels plenty of times all over the place and that one by far had the worst customer service.
