"We loved the service. They went beyond themselves to help us and make our stay the most pleasant they could. We left to early for breakfast on the day of our flight, and they kept more than enough breakfast ready for us at the reception to take with us when we left. They had provided us with a fane as the AC did not work, however it did not really do it's job. There was plenty of towels and housekeeping did an excellent work! "The pub was busy and bustling, yet welcoming. Olivia greeted us, smiling and friendly. She was informative and nothing was too much trouble. She gave a really good first impression of the place Breakfast was excellent (Full English and Eggs Benedict). We were once again served by the lovely Olivia. Our room was small but the bathroom was spacious. Although the view was not one to write home about, the room itself (Room 5) served our needs for one night - very comfortable bed. "We were there for three days due to cleaners strike rooms were not cleaned. Front desk attendant was helpful to give us fresh towels and supplies. Parking was not included but was enough."

"Staff were brilliant. Hotel was spotless, Room and bathroom, very clean. Buffet breakfast, cooked and continental was superb, and was constantly being topped up. Free parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay again"
