"Centrally located, close to the train station and an easy walk to most of the attractions. Room was a little tired and cramped. Overall a good functional hotel and perfect for a weekend break if you get it at the right price."

"There were 2 lovely women at the front desk most of the 4 days we were there. They were amazing, especially since they always had people checking in and out. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have a concierge which was frustrating. We had a record player in our room that for some reason we couldn’t figure out how to use it. The one time that two young men were at the front desk I asked them how to use it, and they said they had no idea and to ask the cleaners😖so I gave up. After that I only went to the women to help me get a taxi or to recommend a restaurant. Great location, great breakfast, nice bartenders and wait staff. Need to add to the snack menu at the bar (cheese and crackers, pate, fruit plate, etc) The outdoor patio off of the bar was awesome. Terrible and limited menu at the restaurant with the other outdoor seating area."

"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The price did not include breakfast as other hotels in Sweden and Finland have. The room is comfortable and the location is excellent: right on Medborgarpladtsen, and close to the Slusen metro stop in Södermalm."

"We had a delightful stay at the Grand Hotel! Our room was very elegant and kept pristine. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Emil couldn’t have been nicer! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and had a wonderful early diner at Verandan last evening before our early departure today 7/21/26. A perfect experience! 5 stars!!"

"I stayed here for business. The hotel is in a good central location - easy to access the top attractions. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants and bars in the nearby vicinity. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of cuisine. The room was cleaned well everyday and comes with a reasonable amount of amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly."

"Super location to attend events at Strawberry Arena! Be aware that they could host after concert event. We were there for Bad Bunny and the after party finished at 4:30AM - we could hear the basses clearly from our room. By the way it was a super plus to have not to take any train after the concert."
