"The staff could not have been better. The disappointing part of the stay is that we book the hotel for the waterslide and pool. Slide normally only open on the weekends but was broken. Pool was full of kids doing swimming lessons in the evening so hard to use. Positives. The kids pool is nice and warm and the kids love it. Also the staff did listen to our disappointment and kudos to them they called all the incoming people with kids to let them know the slide was closed. "
