I was texted with an opportunity to check-in a little bit earlier than 4 pm but it wasn’t going to help at that point, but truly appreciated it. The only thing…we actually left the wedding reception and drove home without using the house so figured at least I could receive a refund for whatever...

"The entry way was not lit at night. The path going down was very hard for my sister who is in a cast, uneven and slippery. Couch was not comfortable. Couldn’t figure out how to lock the door. "
