"Perfect to walk to events nearby."

"Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!"

"Decor, amenities, location, and the fabulous staff. Loved the bar and restaurant downstairs "

"Perfect hotel. Except the food service . If that got some attention this would be a destination 5 star"

"The room was very clean, enjoyed my stay, was very comfortable and close to everywhere I wanted to visit and see."

"Nice hotel and location"

"Wow, the Medusa is absolutely fabulous! Love the beautifully designed interior which has bags of character and uses gorgeous colours, textures and sumptuous materials to create a feeling of period splendour and true luxury. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful. Evenings on the balcony, shaded by a pretty tree complete with fairylights and the occasional visit from a shy possum, were divine. A truly memorable stay."

"Hotel was ok , expensive for the quality they offer , house keeping was terrible, did not clean my room one day and I had to go to the management at3 pm . Overall I will give it ok except the location."

"We had an apartment room with balcony, the room was very clean and although a busy part of the city, it was still quite. Staff were great and always helpful. Breakfast was first class. Loved the location, easy transport options and close to everything we love about Sydney. Thanks"
