Good hotel in the centre og Stavanger

The breakfast is really good, the bed linen is the best I slept in, in a hotel. Really nice hotel. It is a big hotel but still cosy. Friendly personnel. We had a room in the 10th floor with beautiful view over the mountains and the city.

Amazing staff and service, Breakfast menu could be better. Dinner was terrible with whatever I tried. Room I received was not upto standards of a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star hotel. Forget about getting a good night sleep with those pillows and bed. Also they don't care to do anything about this, just keep giving you more pillows.

Great Stay

Hotel location is excellent and staff is great as well. Breakfast was suberb. We had issue with locking the door initially because the door just would not lock but then the staff fixed it for us. Love the fact that it has two beautiful water fountains in the lobby. One for spring water and other for Sparkling water.

The room and hotel were nice and well located. The area around the hotel was quiet and very nice. Sadly, i was only able to get somewhat to pick up the service line once and they didn’t bring a new kettle which they said they would bring, though I did find a way to fix the one I had.. The staff was generally very nice but there was a blond woman at the front desk that was quite rude.

The room was perfect, and we really enjoyed our lake view. Service was somewhat slow on arrival, and there was loud noises until late in the evening. Both from the room (or potentially gym) above us, and the dog barking next door.

Nice hotel, amazing location. Sadly, too many staff members weren't particularly friendly or attentive when we tried to get their attention. House cleaning didn't live up to normal expectations. You shouldn't have to chase down toilet paper that hasn't been supplied after several days and the roll is almost empty. Dirty glasses, cups, empty soda cans should be removed - and fresh glasses/cups provided. One day the cleaner did remove some of the used glasses and cups that had stayed that way, but only a few of them. The rest was still there. Makes no sense. A 5 night stay, and not once was the room vacuumed. Or if it was, the job wasn't particularly well done.

Very comfortable and clean hotel, with wonderful views across the lake in front. Unfortunately the reception staff tried to demand an extra £40 per night upon arrival (this hadn’t been mentioned at any point and the rooms were prepaid) When I said that was unacceptable they changed their minds and only charged £1 room guarantee. It was all a bit strange.
