Golfers in the group can cross one of the nation's 'Top 100' courses off their bucket list with a round at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. On-site perks include a heated pool and hot tub, which add extra vacation value.

Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future."

Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
