Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Room was lovely and clean and food within the hotel was very good. Couldn't fault any member of staff they were all so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Lovely lady receptionist upgraded us to a superior double which was spacious with a large bed and great view of the church opposite, Ben, the duty manager was very efficient with the breakfasts. He got me extra tea as requested and did a lovely takeaway bag of sausage and bacon sandwich so my husband could eat later. Great staff, stylish rustic hotel. A perfect stay!

I had an incredible stay at the swan. I got a free upgrade to their Suite and it was beautiful! The 4 poster bed was elegant and comfy. The room had loads of space and it was very clean. All the bath products smelt amazing. I'm annoyed that I forgot to buy some at reception when I left. I had dinner too and the staff were very helpful and great service. Food was yummy , as was the cocktail. The whole place has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely and lots of choice for hot and cold options. Can't recommend it enough!

Location of the hotel is amazing, the bars and selection of drinks are great, the dinner and breakfast was great and the aesthetics of the hotel are so nice. Also a band played on the evening we stayed, which was very good and popular. Room was a bit warm and the fan was old so not too useful, but the stay was during a heatwave.

Great 1 night stay. 5 minutes walk from the station. We had late afternoon food and drinks in the beer garden and breakfast next morning. All staff from hotel reception to younger staff in the bar were very polite. Room was clean and as advertised. Couldnt fault it.

Excellent breakfast choice good quality breakfast. Very relaxing stay. Staff excellent. We had an upgraded room really enjoyed our stay. We were with friends we had drink from the bar both afternoons and dined in the evening in hotel. It was our second visit to the hotel for the weekend and will return next year.
