Soak up the St. Simons sun at 1126 Park Lane, a charming beach cottage featuring three bedrooms, two baths, and a private backyard. If your goal is to be close to the beach, attractions, and restaurants, this is the place to be!

The details in this beautifully updated single-level retreat are incredible! The great room features cozy furnishings, a custom fireplace, and a 50-inch flat screen TV, while the fully equipped eat-in kitchen boasts granite countertops, upscale appliances, and seating for eight. Three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms include a master suite with a private bath, a guest room with two queen-size beds, and a charming bunk room featuring custom-built-ins and nautical details.

Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer as well as a backyard terrace with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a grill. There’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. It’s everything you need and more for your St. Simons getaway! When you’re not relaxing with your favorite book in the living room or out by the fire, you’ll find plenty to see and do nearby.

1126 Park Lane is within just a few miles of several grocery stores and popular restaurants, including Barrier Island Brewing (0.2 mi), Fiddler’s (0.4 mi), Beachcomber BBQ (0.3 mi), Crab Daddy’s, and Crab Trap (0.2 mi), and all the shops and eateries at Pier Village (1.0 mi).

The house is adorable. Very clean and comfortable. The back patio was lovely in October. It’s easy to walk to 2-3 restaurants and a little market nearby. There are 2 (maybe 3?) parking spaces right out front. Highly recommend!
