Welcome to Saltwater Oaks located at 225 Kings Way on St. Simons Island!

One of Real Escapes Properties newest vacation rental offerings. This beautiful home was built in 2005 and just went through a year-long major renovation to get it vacation rental ready.

Located just 3/10 of a mile from the pier village area and just under a mile to the beach, this location is absolutely perfect! Just steps to restaurants, shops, night life, oceanfront park, the pier, lighthouse and many other nearby sights as well as a short ride to the beaches of St Simons Island.

When you are ready for some down time after your island adventures, a gated, luxurious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a heated pool (for an additional charge) and hot tub awaits you. Once inside you will be greeted with an open floor plan with a modern and fully-stocked kitchen, dining table that seats 8 and kitchen bar that seats 2. Ample room in the living room plenty of seating for watching the big game on the wall-mounted smart TV.

Just off the living room and kitchen, you will find a powder room on your walk down the hall that leads to the back porch and fabulous back yard featuring a salt water pool and hot tub. In addition, there is a master-on-main with king bedding, en suite bath, smart tv and a private back door that directs you straight to the pool.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first is a master on the second level with king bedding and en suite bath. The last two bedrooms share a hallway bath with one bedroom sporting a queen sized bed and the other with a set of twin beds.

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras.
**Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $400

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• No pets are allowed at this property.
• Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway and under the carport.
• Approximately 1.8 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, walk three blocks to Pier Village!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We loved this property and it was in the perfect location. However, the neighbors were horrible. We chose this property because we had our children and their friends - total of 5 kids. The very first night we dealt with neighbors cussing our children out for being too loud! I myself have a rental property and understand keeping quiet at night but never have I ever witnessed someone cussing at kids this way. Peak rental season is approaching and I hope your neighbors will be able to handle all of your renters!
