"What a lovely place. It’s right in the center so very easy to walk through the village. Parking, whether on the street or in the parking lot is very convenient and the staff were helpful, responsive and very kind. There is no elevator so if you have mobility issues, this may be challenging. The room was large and quite beautiful. It’s on the rustic side which we really liked, felt very ‘french’. It is above a pub; which didn’t keep me up but if you’re a light sleeper, it might be something to consider."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mas d’Oscar for three weeks in May 2026. The cottage is an attached, two-story townhome in a small, quiet enclave of four that is set back from the street with private parking. It’s located within easy walking distance of both central Saint Remy and several key attractions (tourist office, ancient Glanum and the hospital/museum where van Gogh stayed). The home itself is very comfortable and modern. We were there during a heat wave, so having A/C (splits in the living room and the bedrooms) was a godsend. The living room is large with two low sofas that were excellent for lounging or napping in the heat of the day. The kitchen is also large and well-equipped with modern appliances and the adjacent toilet/laundry room has both a washer and a (rare, for Europe) separate dryer. The roomy bedrooms and modern bathrooms (walk-in shower only) are upstairs, but the steps are wide and solid. The high ceilings and thick walls kept the room cool enough that we only needed the A/C when sleeping.Genevieve is a delightful and responsive host. We had a question about the outdoor gas grill (I wasn’t certain how to judge whether the propane tank was turned on) and she and her husband quickly came over. We would happily return."

"Loved this amazing home in the middle of St Remy old town - 30 second walk to amazing restaurants and air conditioning throughout. Nice outdoor deck overlooks city rooftops. Patricia was wonderful and gave us a thorough welcome. I recommend this amazing place."

"We were in a room in the back area where the gym facility is. The room felt (and smelled) damp but otherwise clean. It is dark due to the one window. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice grounds. Very close to city center, we walked for dinner. The free parking is a great advantage."
