"It was ok. The staff, especially the front desk were not particularly friendly nor helpful. Even asking for a piece of paper and pen seemed to be difficult to fulfill. The breakfast was delicious as usual and that staff were friendly. Towels also seemed to be a premium."

"Excellent stay. The home was as described and the photos were very accurate. Owners were in touch and saw to our needs and were very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room. The pool area and hot tub was where we spent a great deal of time and enjoyed it. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Had everything needed in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and hot water. Would recommend to anyone needing a home in the Tucson area."

"The staff entered in my room without permission. The air filter in the bathroom was too noisy. One person in the reception area was not attentive at all "

"The walls are pretty thin and you can hear neighbors walking above you and flushing the toilet, etc. But the host, the cleanliness and the location make up for all of that. Just be advised… It's a bit noisy on the first floor condos"

"The view is beautiful and the staff was excellent. I did take issue with the cost of parking….why are you charging guests of the hotel if they park themselves? It’s not that you are short of space, such as being downtown! My morning coffee. Large brewed coffee, nothing fancy was $6 +tax+Tip= $8.00 for a reg coffee. By 10:30am all pool chairs were taken. The cost of Easter Brunch was130.00 p/person add in a couple of drinks and tip and my bill was $504.00 USD for 3people. All the nickel and dime stuff was a bit ridiculous. "

"We had an amazing stay! Descriptions and pics were very accurate and the house was so clean and charming. They even provided a high chair and baby gate for our son. Had several kids tableware and toys too. Such a lovely touch, which made our stay so enjoyable. The pool and spa were great (well used!) and overall, the layout and amenities in the home were perfect for our family. Less than 5 minutes from grocery stores, walgreens and starbucks. The host was really nice, and communicative. They sent a detailed welcome book in advance, which helped us plan, and were available throughout the stay with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home if you're staying in the Tucson area! "
