Before even entering the property, I could tell that I had made a mistake. This is a One-Star Property, not Three-Star. In fact two stars even would even be laughable. There was no clear sign for the where the entrance was, and then a landscaper pointed me to a random door that could have been an entrance to anywhere. I opened it and the front desk person immediately knew who I was and was being quite weird about, saying “I was hoping you’d come early so I can now go take a nap,” which is not very professional. The room had a very dirty wooden floor, so I did not dare take off my shoes off. The water from the sink was barely functioning and the bed sheets and towels still had stains and even hair on them from prior visitors. I did not even consider getting into the shower, which was clearly not cleaned. Half the windows were cracked and at night I could not sleep because of the noise of the A/C unit, which was still barely functioning. I just prayed there were no bed bugs with how dirty the sheets were. There was nobody available to change them when I went to the lobby at night. There was a TV but it was angled away from the bed in the corner, so you could barely see the screen unless you were sitting on the floor. You also needed an Apple TV subscription to watch. Felt uncomfortable leaving the room because there was also no safe. Not an understatement when I say it’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in my life.
