This breezy resort community features a bounty of on-site amenities including a shared pool and access to a private beach. You'll be just over the Pinellas Bayway Bridge, less than two miles from St. Pete Beach and the iconic Don CeSar hotel. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment spots abound nearby and you'll also be just a short drive from Downtown St. Petersburg.

The private patio offers a scenic spot for morning coffee or 19th-hole cocktails and also includes an electric grill for home barbecues. Unfortunate property management issues

There were several issues from the door code to a filthy floor and a few others. There were apparently some issues between the owner and the prop manager service that became our issues.Besides the filthy floor the sofa is worn and very uncomfortable.
