Devon Shores - Waterfront House

Devon Shores has been fully renovated and updated in 2022, with new furniture, bedding, amenities, a new look, a new attitude, a new place to enjoy Clearwater Beach. Centered around three buildings, with two heated pools a sun deck, a cozy courtyard, you can enjoy all that Clearwater has to offer. Come and visit us in our 24 hour lobby for free coffee. At Devon Shores, intimate spaces, refreshing pools, hyperlocal ethos create the perfect conditions for people, beach, art, music and dining to transcend the predictable, and manifest the uncommon.
An executive waterfront home. Sleeps 10 guests, complete with a full kitchen, fridge, range, stove, dishwasher, cooking utensils, plates, glassware and utensils. a large living room, laundry rooms with washer and dryer. A walk out to a large patio over looking the water. A new private heated saltwater pool for you to relax in after a long day of walking the beach. With a long driveway and garage you have plenty of room to park all your parties cars. Situated in a great neighborhood, around the corner from the Devon Shores hotel, where all the facilities are available. A minimum stay is required, please contact us directly for details.
