I spoke to the hotel on the phone, during the day I was going to check in, as I had not received the check in codes to enter the hotel. There is no one at reception after 5pm. Good spacious one bedroom apartment. Booked for 2 adults and 1 child, but not clear that no bed or sofabed is provided for the 3rd person. Mattress and bedding can be provided for additional fee.
