"Julia at reception took care of everything we needed and was gracious and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and is perfectly situated on the iconic historic lane in the heart of Old Town. The breakfast served a delicious made-to-order menu, and the wait staff was exceptional. The hotel’s artistic design, attention to detail, and historic charm pleased us beyond measure. Bravo to Blaue Gans, and thank you!"

"Staff was very friendly and professional. We also received the guest mobility ticket in advance with instruction so we were able to use them throughout the trip. Laundry facility is available too. The room was neat and clean with improved bathroom."

"A cosy ,simple, single, room with every little detail though of - and had an Austrian feel - not just the ‘standard.’ Could not have been any cleaner. Central. Friendly, helpful staff. I was on my own - a few days stay - and did not need to use the restaurant but I could see it was busy - what better recommendation?"
