I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the West End! The secured parking, safe area, very clean and tidy common areas and very comfortable room were huge plusses for my needs! The bed was very comfortable, too! The staff was extremely helpful and proactive! Highly recommend!!

The rooms and hallways were so nice and clean! No carpet anywhere, which i really liked. The staff was very helpful. They do have a parking garage you can use for $15 a day, which was well worth it. This hotel is within walking distance of Five Guys restaurant and the Cathedral Basilica. Probably other places too, depending on how much you want to walk, but those are the places we walked to. I will definitely stay there again!

Quick online check in. No fuss. Quiet. Secured parking lot. Great home-feel amenities. There’s a shared kitchen, kids’ play area, grill and relaxing patio! Very clean. A block away from the Cathedral Basilica of St Louis.

What I like was the security at the entryothe parking area and your room. My room had a very comfy bed fridge n microwave with some items available Nice tv and bathroom had lots of space n great shower Community room was nice where guests could hangout or cook a meal loved that! They just opened up so glad I was one of the first to stay there it’s near everything

The room left all of my socks black, so I purchased a swiffer wet mop and cleaned the floors as best I could. The hot tub was green, cloudy, and had several overdue warnings to clean the water. The bed was comfortable, we didn’t stick around to inspect breakfast. Overall, not a great place to stay if cleanliness is a priority.

The hotel is well located. Parking is great for a fee. The room is adequate, clean and medium sized. The bathroom is fine but the shower needs some upgrade. There is no breakfast but the kitchen is equipped with all you need. Coffee and fruits are on the house. Grocery store is next door. Overall, a good place to stay at a very reasonable price. There is a $20 recharge for cleaning. Somewhat unusual.

Very nice room, kitchen area downstairs , a little hard to get in from parking garage with my 83 year old mother and luggage up down the stairs . Next time will request ground floor. No staff on duty, everything on line, not while we were there but you can call number, someone answers questions. Recommend for short or longer stays.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in STL. It is affordable, with helpful welcoming staff, and its own locked parking garage behind the hotel. It is convenient to the SLU campus and Central West End. If you aware a family or budget traveler looking for accommodations for this location, I highly recommend this hotel!
