"The sheets were stained and dirty, the bed was not well made. The staff at reception, especially Nina, are amazing and extremely helpful!! I wish the hotel were tidier and lobby furniture freshened up some, the location is ideal!"

"Exceptional location and you can literally walk outside to the archway. Super clean, nice staff, clean rooms. I was there for work where I could have gone to others for cheaper but not likely the view and location. Only downside was the garage system was not working all weekend, so self parking was a bit problematic, but I know that stuff happens. I would love to stay there if I come back in town."
