The room was very spacious and quiet; we didn’t hear anything at night. The view was beautiful, and you could see the sea even though we weren’t in a sea-view room. Outdoor pools weren't open. I also thought the restaurants, were on site but they're actually all down the hill, which is fine just not what we expected. Also didn’t see the private beach or where the water sports were, but we did walk all around the property. We got room service one night, it was okay but would recommend maybe going to another one of their restaurants down the hill instead, or something from somewhere else. but was convenient when we were both tired. But over all was good.

As you enter the lobby of the hotel, the first thing you notice is the elegance and gorgeous scent ! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a nice size, modern and clean. My only issue was the air conditioning wasn’t very cold so I had to keep the curtains closed when the sun was streaming in the windows. A bit too warm for me at night, and this was in mid-November!

The hospitality of all the staff were excellent. They made us feel at home and the vibe was very welcoming. Special thank you to Gherlyn and Suraj who made our Anniversary dinner unforgettable and to the staff at the reception who booked us at the restaurant - Le Bistro, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. The foods served that night were luscious. The room, what can I say? It was always clean and immaculate. Kudos to the staff who was assigned in making this possible.

First room was disappointing. Shower pressure inadequate, broken chair, overlooking noisy construction site. Moved to a better room. Much improved but dirty ironing board and leaking iron. As to hotel, breakfast excellent, other bars and restaurants very good. Facilities decent but room for improvement - sea access is only for the brave on a rickety and slippery ladder - no food service by the pools. Wellness disappointing - not adults only so load of screaming kids treating and sauna barely functioning. Staff were ok but surprisingly few Maltese or European amongst them.

Front desk very helpful Dining staff in mss as in restaurant were great Big problem with tour desk. Bought tour had ticket and when I went for pickup st 08:20 my name was not on list. They didn’t fix it and I was not allowed this tour which was one of the main reasons I came to Malta. No refund to date and I worry there won’t be one. I sent a request immediately
