Moxy Belfast City

10/10 Excellent
"Excellent Stay at the Moxy Belfast We stayed at the Moxy Belfast last weekend and had a very enjoyable stay. Although we arrived before check-in, the receptionist was extremely helpful, storing our luggage and allowing us to explore the city without hassle. Check-in later was quick and efficient. Our room was spotless, fresh, comfortable and well maintained. The bed provided an excellent night's sleep, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean with no signs of mould or wear. We couldn't fault the room. Our friends did experience an issue with a constantly running toilet. Although it wasn't resolved on the first report, it was repaired the following day after they raised it again. To the hotel's credit, the duty manager handled the situation professionally, apologised and offered complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture. Breakfast proved to be excellent, with a wide selection of hot and cold items plus plenty of drink choices. We enjoyed it on all three mornings and felt it offered great value for money. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The bar team were particularly welcoming, and the manager who assisted us was outstanding, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The hotel has a modern, stylish feel, an excellent city-centre location and offers great value for money. Would we stay again? Absolutely. Rating: 5/5 Tip: Book the breakfast. The quality, variety and value are excellent."

"Location was very convenient for walking about and catching public transportation. A quick six minute walk from the train/bus station as well. Felt very safe in the area. The staff were lovely. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. Was also nice having the coffee shop right next-door. One thing to note is that the rooms are very compact, but at least there is room for two suitcases to slide under the bed. So it was a great choice for location and price for two of us for a couple of nights."
