About a block away, you can expect to see a boat shop and storage units for boats. 1 mile away, there are baseball fields and the beginning of the Riverwalk Trail that leads to historic downtown St. Joseph! Two miles away is the casino and brand new mountain bike trails.

If you’re looking for an authentic riverfront getaway, with neighbors that will welcome you like family and a sunset view that never gets old, you will love it here 🙌🏼



Note: There is a train that passes by about a block and a half away so if you’re a light sleeper, sleep in the room closest to the river or use a white noise app or fan.

Fireplace is just for looks but you`re welcome to the provided fire pit outside!

Firewood is available for purchase on site and supports a local retired farmer.



The entire unit is yours! The parking area is available to you as well the yard! Feel free to build a fire in the fire pit on the waterfront.
