"We could not stay here and had to find another hotel because the elevator was broken and we were given a 4th floor room. My husband has a heart condition and I am having back surgery next month so this was not convenient for us. Plus there was bad cell service so I could not contact Expedia regarding this. I would like a refund for this stay."

One thing not mentioned in the reviews is that they have these cool stave puzzles you can put together in one of the sitting rooms.
When planning your trip, try to arrange it for W-S when their restaurant is open. The breakfast is served every day, and lived up to its reputation.
