Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast."

"The breakfast has a good selection. The main areas of the hotel are nice but the rooms are very tired and need a refurb. It was disappointing not being able to get any food at 8.45pm. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. "

What wasn't good was the racket from other resident drinking and socialising outside the hotel beneath our room . It was noisy till very late on Thursday evening and worse on Friday evening/Saturday morning when the disturbance continued beyound 12.30am. When we stay there again, and we will, we shall be making sure our room is in a quieter part of the hotel."
