"This was our fourth stay at this property. We consistently choose this hotel when visiting Jacksonville due to our fantastic past experiences. However, this time, our room wasn’t cleaned during our three-day stay. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel bottles were nearly empty upon our arrival, but luckily, we brought our own. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable as usual. The pool is fantastic, the beach is conveniently close, though the free breakfast could use some improvement. On the bright side, the coffee is excellent!"

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is just a short drive from the historic district. The breakfast had a good variety of options but the dining area was a bit crowded because it was a holiday weekend."
