"This is very nice, recently renovated 8 unit property. They are located on the top floor so 2 1/2 flights of stairs are required to get there. (Plus a walk up a hill from the ferry) It was a very nice surprise on how pretty the unit was and all the amenities available. The grocery store is right next door so grabbing some (very pricey) needed items was helpful. It’s a very short walk to everything in Cruz Bay. No need to grab a taxi unless you are headed to the beach or other parts of the island. "

"The hotel was simple and clean and the complimentary beach chairs and snorkeling were so thoughtful and perfect for our beach trips. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing is that there are a lot of roosters roaming around the property and we got woken up at 5am every morning; otherwise the stay was great."

"This condo was perfect for our week on St. John. We always stay at Grande Bay for its convenience to town. The studio had absolutely everything we needed and the view from the balcony is one of the best in the whole place. As always, Rachelle, the property manager was very helpful and responsive.
