"The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Mashir (?), a server in the bar/restaurant, must have noticed how tired and hot we were when we arrived and he came over and gave us cool water. He was a fabulous server and tended to our needs. "Was a nice hotel just outside of Basel. They offer a transit ticket for the day complimentary which will get you into the city of Basel and around so that is quite helpful. Parking is underground at the rear of the hotel, at an additional charge, in the same garage that is used by the COOP next door and is very convenient. "Staying in the summer is a nightmare, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, I complained to the front desk and they changed me to another room only to encounter the same problem, the mini fridge located in the room did not cool either, sweaty nights are not fun, I have to get a fan to at least have air circulation in my room, very disappointing stay at this hotel"
