Liked: Amenities
Excellent location, extremely friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was very good, didn’t have an evening meal but it looked good. The bar was great, again very friendly and talkative and SKY sport was available when requested.
We will definitely book again for our next visit.
Lovely stay, beautiful food, very helpful staff, only negative point is thin walls, could hear man in next room in the bath washing & then snoring like was in the same room 🤔
Quiet, comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good and nice bar. Easy walking distance of St Helier town centre for other amenities. We will definitely return.
Good location about 10 minute walk from the town centre but accessible by the excellent Jersey bus service. Could not fault the attentiveness of the staff.
Hotel staff very helpful and responsive. Sound proofing in bedrooms could be much better. Access to the room with suitcases was difficult due to the number of stairs.
This hotel exceeded my expectations and would rate it exceptional. Loved the fluffy towels, the good quality bed linen and the bottled water which was replaced daily. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On arrival, i was given a map of the island and suggestions to visit various places of interest. Made a great change for me to have reception give a personal welcome instead of being just handed a key and moved along.
Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed.
Lunch service available but for the price very poor.
Customer service was amazing, the above was my only gripe. I would still give this hotel a 9/10 they couldn’t do enough for you, upgraded my room let me check in 3 hours early.
Staff were absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble, sorted a problem with the room door very quickly so we were not inconvenienced. The restaurant serves first class food, definitely recommend the baby back ribs for an evening meal and the cooked breakfast with waiter service is absolutely brilliant. Free parking is available opposite the hotel, this is limited but we did not have any issues finding a space. We had to check out early 6.15am in order to get the Ferry, asked reception for an early breakfast and we were greeted in the morning by a member of staff who was really accomodating and he really looked after us, a great way to end our stay.
The hotel is not too far from the town with a pleasant walk through the park. The only down side is that the hotel is situated on a busy main road so did hear traffic noise at times from room but not a major issue.
Amanda the receptionist is helpful and efficient. Having booked a room with air conditioning as the website states air conditioning I was disappointed on a very hot day to find a room with no AC and a tiny desk fan. I queried this with Amanda who was extremely helpful and empathetic she then had me transferred to the correct room. Thank you, when issues get resolved quickly you know customer service is important.
The room was comfortable and clean, everything worked, there is an excellent dual shower. Good location.
Unfortunately the restaurant does not open on Tuesday so had to eat out. However, breakfast was a good selection of cold buffet and cooked to order hot food. Would stay again.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We got this at an ok price. However the room was tiny. We asked in the evening before if the not working lamp on the desk can be fixed. No luck until we left 2 days later. When looking to plug in electricity lots of dust under the bed and bedside tables. Restaurant was closed at the first half of the week. So had to walk around town at 9pm to find food (don’t arrive late). Breakfast is limited. I can see staff is trying. Needs some serious sprucing up.
My partner and I stayed at The Inn for three nights last week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We were greeted by the lovely Delilha on reception who couldn't have been more helpful (and she engaged in some very witty banter with my partner as it was his birthday). Our room was on the first floor and was very clean and well equipped (we were particularly pleased to see we had a fan in the room as the weather was very hot) There were also complementary water bottles both still and sparkling that were replaced every day. The only thing that might have improved our stay would have been a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from and we also ate in the hotel restaurant on two of the nights and both enjoyed our meals. The hotel is on a hill slightly out of St Helier but Jersey has a brilliant bus service and with a bus stop right outside the hotel getting about couldn't have been easier. I recommend buying a pass for the buses so that you can hop on and off at will. All in all a lovely stay at The Inn and the island and we will definitely be back.
