"This was such a convenient stay! Everything was clean, clearly communicated, and the location was within an easy walk to Utah Tech. This is my first choice for stays if any other events come up in St. George. "

"Pros: 1. Location - we were in town for a competition that was taking place at the Utah Tech stadium so this was the most convenient location ever. It was such a quick walk to where we needed to go and never had to bother with parking. 2. Size - this house is huge and all of the rooms ranged from normal sized to huge. There were plenty of places to sit and eat and visit. The kitchen was full use and we were able to cook several meals with the provided equipment. 3. Character - this house decor is dated and had some creepy (in a good way) elements (like dolls in a cradle) but we loved it. The couches in the basement were so comfortable. The board games and billiards table were a blast. Overall if was a fun and comfortable place to stay for the weekend. Cons: Kids were not impressed with the backyard but they did see a random cat that they had fun hunting to find. We are hoping to rent again next year. "
