Its a Motel 6. But compared to other Motel 6 I have stayed at, this one is kept very nicely and the staff went out of its way to fix a problem with my TV. I have stayed at this particular Motel 6 for about 20 years for the Huntsman World games and this year it seems like this property making strides to make this property stand out.

Beds were comfortable. Shower is tiny! Lots of outdoor noise….Traffic, dogs barking, people talking until 4am etc. Thought I’d save a few bucks…Get what you pay for.
It was very clean. Stuff was on top of the job air-conditioning felt great pet friendly for sure upstairs and downstairs and it was really good for anyone disability or not. A wheelchair. There is a few things that they could fix but for a motel it’s not bad thought they can afford it could use the model parking spot. A spacious location is really good with other hotels around and like that station and fast food is all close so it’s horrible place

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Staff was wonderful. The owner needs to upgrade to the 21st century. The walls, trim are disintegrating, the TV doesn’t work, and not-to-subtle patchwork is everywhere.
The staff leaves the dilapidated rooms clean and stocks the rentals appropriately.
My daughter and I stayed for a couple of nights while we hiked around the area.
The night clerk was a robot 😅
Super friendly girl. Rooms were clean.
A motel 6 is a motel 6, but this one was cleaner than most. If I’m ever in the Saint George area again I will stay there again.
The beds were absolutely terrible. Probably haven’t been replaced in years. The bathroom had chunks of plaster falling off. No mini fridge. Toilet seat busted. The front desk was helpful in checking us in early.
What’s surprising was that the one in St. George was great. So, I guess overall rating for this chain- inconsistent experience. Probably not a surprise for the initiated.
This property is very poorly maintained. The towels feel and look like carwash towels and had stains on them along with stains on the bed sheets. The floors were dirty and the room was extremely musty and dank smelling. Bathroom had dog hair stuck to the door and baseboards.
I would highly recommend a revamp of all of your linens and towels and fire your cleaning staff.
I gave 2 stars simply because the check-in staff was very friendly and while we complained of our concerns with the cleanliness of the room gentleman at the registration desk seemed apologetic
Amazing property, by far a favorite Motel 6. Great pet areas, wonderful warm pool, kindest staff helping, and even a surprise NACS level 2 charger I was so grateful for.
