This was a clean and lovely hotel and ended up staying an extra day. The room was a good size and enjoyed the continental breakfast daily. There was also a thriving restaurant less than a five minute drive away that served good food, don’t be in a hurry though because the two servers were extremely busy. I would recommend this hotel.

The cost was about half of what other hotels were offering. $180 per nigh vs $400! Which is absolutely crazy to pay a $400 hotel in this remote regions of Canada. The food around here was amazing!

Clean property and pleasant staff but of the two beds in our room one just OK but the other was destined for the dump years ago. We were amazed any hotel would have a bed as bad as this one in our room. It was completely uneven and would pitch an inhabitant to one side. While a double it was only suitable for one person and then only if they slept across the bed sideways!

The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout. There was a last minute issue with getting a pet-friendly room which we had specifically requested in advance but it was quickly resolved. Be sure to clearly indicate your pet request when booking. The room was clean and comfortable. The finishes are a bit dated but still functional. It is a real old-style motel, not a cookie-cutter institutional profit-centre. Minimal use of disposable plastic anything. Real dishes and glasses in the breakfast room, food was good and plentiful. The grounds are grassy and well-suited to people travelling with pets.

The hotel is clean rooms as well. Staff is excellent. Pleasant and helpful. The ac unit needs to be cleaned or the filter changed as when on the room fills with musty air. Also the outside garbages was not cleaned up during our 3 day stay.
