"This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. "Very nice location, view of the bay is spectacular. Walking access to the hotel though will be challenging for the less able. The food overall was good except for two disappointing meals served to my wife, after complaining to the head waiter the matter was quickly resolved."
