Villa Neo, is a 6-bedroom villa located in St. Jean. Situated on the hillside above St. Jean Beach, Villa Neo enjoys panoramic views.

Built by local architect Patrick Raffeneau, this villa features large glass windows, opening to expansive views on both sides. The spacious interior on two levels offers a large kitchen and living area with ample cushioned seating. Located next to the living area is a TV room, which can be closed off, and a night club with a dance table.

Each bedroom has a stereo and Apple, U.S. and French satellite TV, all controlled by an iPad. The large master suite behind the TV room features a separate seating area, direct access to the pool, and a large bathroom with a bathtub, and an indoor and outdoor shower. The second bedroom on the main level also offers direct access to the terrace, while the third bedroom on this level offers partial ocean views.

A glass stairway leads to the upper level, which can also be accessed directly from the parking area. Two bedrooms on this level connect. The third bedroom on this level features a seating and dressing area, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom on the upper level has a separate terrace.

An extensive deck with lounge chairs surrounds the large, heated pool, which enjoys the view. Located below the pool is a Jacuzzi and an outdoor bar. An elevator provides access to both levels from the parking area. This air-conditioned villa also comes with an outdoor dining area, a small gym, hammam, gas grill, an electronic security gate and WiFi.
