Sleeping arrangements
Accommodating up to six guests, this three-level home includes three bedrooms with three beds and two and a half bathrooms. The primary suite features its own full bath, while the other bedrooms offer fresh linens and comfortable bedding. One bathroom includes a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day at the shore.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy the gentle coastal air on your private patio, complete with a BBQ grill and dining area for shared meals. The pool, shared with the Salt Therapy South house, offers a refreshing saltwater swim surrounded by palms and ocean air. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy year-round (no hot tub). Beach access is just across A1A, perfect for easy walks along the sand or catching a sunset.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-style meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Gather around the dining table to enjoy breakfast before exploring or relax together in the evening while listening to the surf nearby.

Comforts & amenities
You’ll have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans throughout. The living area features an HDTV for cozy nights in, and essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. A washer, dryer, and iron add convenience for longer stays. A private elevator connects all three levels, and the driveway offers parking for up to three vehicles. Safety essentials include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Neighborhood
Located in North Vilano Beach, the home is close to local grocery stores, restaurants, and St. Augustine’s historic attractions. The nearby Intracoastal Waterway boat launch adds another way to enjoy the coast, whether you’re exploring by water or strolling along the beach with your dog.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
