The Space:
Welcome to the Las Olas Cabana! Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This cozy townhome is in the perfect location nestled between the beach and the intercoastal waterway. Incredible proximity to the beach and walkable to several top restaurants in the neighborhood including local favorite Caps on the Water. The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away.

First Floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with shower-tub combo, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen, and open living room

Second Floor: Open loft bedroom with luxurious king bed and twin day bed and trundle. Attached is a second full bathroom.

Backyard: Fully fenced, putting green, dining set under romantic pergola

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire townhome and backyard as well as free Wi-Fi, off-street parking for 2 vehicles, complimentary first morning stock of coffee and access to Fubo on each of the TVs.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking space for two cars included with your stay.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

Other Things to Note:
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)

Had an amazing five week stay in Vilano. Townhouse was very well appointed and walking to the beach is minutes away. We loved having the backyard as did our Dog also. Host Danny was available at any time we needed him. St. Augustine is minutes away and a beautiful city to explore.

Such a nice unit! Inviting, very comfortable and so nicely decorated. Perfect location to beach and many great restaurants. Equipped for any activity whether relaxing in the backyard, spending the day at the beach or just enjoying the home itself. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Las Olas Cabana. The unit was clean and nice, and we had no issues throughout our stay. The location was great and access to the Beach Club (1 minute drive away!) through renting the unit was perfect. We would definitely recommend!

Really a great place to host 3 adults and a small dog for the holidays - multiple weeks. The rental was eminently clean and well organized for the stay. Backyard was perfect for our 17 lb dog and the neighborhood was friendly, quiet, and walkable for pooch and people. Host was so responsive dealing with a kitchen gear and a minor plumbing issue in hours. If you want to visit St Augustine, this location checks all the boxes, letting you focus on the adventuring. Home is taken care of. Would rent again.

My husband and I spent the month of February here. The location is perfect. Close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. St. Augustine is about a 15 minute drive. We really had a great time. Our dog loved the fenced in yard!!

Updated property, great communication with owners, would stay again. Only thing to consider is beach access. No side walks on A1A, expect to drive to the beach. Located in nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking our dog.

This was our first time staying on the Vilano side of St Augustine and it was so worth it. The home very clean & very well maintained. Very easy to get in touch with the host as well. We stayed two nights to celebrate a birthday and did everything from bake a cake in the kitchen here to stroll at night to the beach. The house and yard are well appointed, with extremely clean interior including hotel style toiletries, yard toys and games outside, with beautiful xenoscaping, and even a spray wash station for our dog beside the mini golf holes in the yard. We slept well in the upstairs loft and napped on the couch. Very quiet and welcoming - we felt at home right away. Hosts were quick to reply by email to answer questions. Definitely stay here. There's plenty of room for at least two couples.

Danny was very quick in responding and very accommodating. Las Olas Cabana was very clean and updated. It was in a quiet setting yet close to the beach. We would stay here again, but have asked Danny to know what other properties he has. The host makes all the difference!

The property was just as advertised. My wife and I were pleased with the condo and the location. We had a problem with the refrigerator not working properly when we first arrived, but I contacted the property owner and it was handled the same day. The owners were very responsive and were very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this condo again.
