"Beds were clean and comfortable. However...This property is definitely a "lipstick on a pig". I chose Villa for location and walkability. However I wish I went there to look at rooms before booking or at least purchased room protection and canceled for a refund. Upon check-in, I had to change to another room due to visible mold on window blinds and window frame. The 2nd room "looked" cleaner but the smell of mold was still present. I drove to store and purchased disinfectant wipes and cleaned everything...surfaces, shower, counters, bed frame, door, and the floor. The tile floor was so dirty that I had to wipe it with a wet rag. I noticed housekeepings carts have brooms but the mops didn't have mop heads. So obviously they do very little cleaning between guests. I handwashed a couple pieces of clothing in sink and hung to dry on shower curtain rod. Items were still wet when I ret"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! 1) they do a bait and switch by charging you $10 a day for parking. I would understand if the hotel was in a city like Manhattan, but this is St. Augustine where everyone has to drive to this hotel because there is no public transportation like a big city, and land is no where as expensive. Moreover, the parking is tight and limited, which makes the $10 charge even more insulting. 2) They are cheap. They turn off the AC off at night even though I have the key card in those stupid European style slots to keep the elective on, and they unplugged the mini refrigerator. 3) I asked them to make up my room, and the maid left the dirty top sheet on the night stand and never replaced it on the made bed, I had to go down to the desk, asked for a clean new top sheet and make my own bed. I will NEVER go there ever again!"

"Quiet and clean! Plenty of parking. Front desk responsive to all needs. Didn’t eat there but ice machine worked and room refrigerator was large and handy. Nice King bed with king pillows and tv with plenty of channels. Bathroom was large and tub/shower had plenty of pressure. Easy/close Access to local food and gas"
