Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

Directly in the center on the 3rd floor this balcony suite is in the sweet spot. The view from the sofa is all you need to be happy when visiting the beach. This condo provides a comfortable queen bed in the Murphy bed cabinet behind the sofa. There is a ceiling fan and a 37" flat screen TV with the Xfinity popular channel line up for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven, along with all the other kitchen amenities you might need. The bathroom was remodeled with plenty of storage space and a new soaker tub with grab bars. There is a new king bed in the private bedroom and a Flat Screen TV with ceiling fan. This condo will allow a small pet, so it is a great spot the whole family can enjoy! SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

The living room T.V. was a problem. The staff tried to fix the T.V. AND did so on the first time. But the T.V. kept changing remotes on its own and changing to T.V. on demand. Not a deal breaker!! The condo is so cute with such a beautiful ocean view. The only small issues were the air conditioner in the bedroom was rattling very loudly because the front panel was loose. My husband was able to adjust it and it stopped most of the noise. The bed was very comfortable! I appreciated the safety bars in the bathroom tub/shower. The sofa in the living room was not very comfortable. We also noticed tiny bugs in the bathroom sink. It was not due to uncleanliness, but the bugs seemed to be coming out of a crevice in the wall by the sink. They only came out at random times so it was not a huge deal, but wanted the owner to know about this. We had to keep our toothbrush in a separate area because of it. All in all, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will keep coming back to Beachers Lodge! For our next stay, we will reserve a bigger condo on the 4th floor. We have found our vacation place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Beacher's this year. We love the location, the cleanliness, the beach access, the pool. It's just a great place. The rooms are SMALL, and my husband just decided to sleep on the couch, rather than pull down the murphy bed, while my daughter and I shared the bedroom. This unit did not have a toaster oven in it. We prefer to use a toaster over rather than a regular oven. We made the unit work for our family of 3, two adults and one teenager, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family of four. It would be way to tight. This was also our first time staying on the third floor and I prefer the 4th floor for the beach views. The unit was clean and well kept. The location is in a more serene part of A1A, and not close to a lot of shops and restaurants. BUT it is super close to Viola's Restaurant which is one of our favorites, the pizza and pasta are amazing. We had pizza to go one night and dined in another, the food is that good. If you are looking for great beach access, awesome views in a quaint environment Beacher's Lodge is the place for you. We will be coming back.

The unit was the best one we have ever had for sure. it was updated nicnly. we stayed a week and there was plenty of space. We found the entire staff to be very frindly and helpful. That helped make our stay very enjoyable. We tend to stay on property and cook most of our meals. It's always challanging to get a good equiped kithchen to do that. That was the most challanging for us. The units cooking equioment could have been better but I would rate it as better than most. It seemed like everything in the unit was updated but the stove. still a wire buner electric wobbily burner stove. The supplies that beachers offered and the daily house keeping was outstanding. Agint the staff helping to make this a great stay.
