The property was closed for renovations. It should not have been put on expedia for customer bookings. It caused all kinds of problems for me looking for another hotel in the middle of the night. Totally upset with Expedia for not verifying propertys operating status.

Water sink drain very slow like something plug in, the toilet is not working well, cold faucet handle is loose, the floor carpet is kindness wet, stairway is dirty, no shampoo, window sliding is dirty, tv have no remote control, the shower handles for cold and hot are leeking and only 1 roll toilet half left.

If this is the Quality Inn in Springfield, Mo. I would advise to stay away. I did not stay there. Extremely poor condition, dirty, no place you or your family would want to stay.

My room was stained everywhere. Cigarette burns in the sheets, and bed bugs. I dod NOT stay. Asked for a refund. I have never seen a room this horrific.

Absolutely the most disgusting place I've ever stayed...not a single part of the hotel room not covered in stains, burns holes in the comforter, no pillow cases, stained pillows, sheets, bedding, chairs, carpet, etc. Nonstop traffic from 7pm when i checked in until 530am when i checked out. I added multiple layers including sweatpants and a hoodie to sleep in so they i wouldnt have to have skin to skin contact with the bedding. If i owned this hotel, i would shut down for 6 months, fire everyone, and start over. Quite literally the worst place I've ever stayed in 36 years

There were no wash clothes or soap in bathroom. Carpet is stained and worn so bad it looks dirty. They advertise a hot breakfast. All they had was coffee and apples. Property is old and worn and looks bad.

The staff here are awful. Paid for room but they had no rooms available. They put me in a room with no phone, a cable went under the door into the hall to another room. No batteries in the remote the included breakfast is not available, only 1 light worked but the best part was the 2 am police knocking on the door because front desk staff said I messed with the cable that went under the door. Police were not happy about this call. Expedia got a full refund and people should never book this hotel.

Biggest crap hole I've ever been in. Bedspread has cigarettes burns, drawers were missing from dressers. Chair so worn stuffing was coming out. Dirty carpet, dirty dishes in room. Mirror was so filthy you couldn't see yourself. No employees in uniform and no security.

Holes in the hallway, holes in both of the bed spreads. The room smelled. TV did not work plus if it did the remote had no battery cover and the batteries were taped in place. Went back down the the office and told them I wanted a refund. I was told a week before I would see it. It has been 2 1/2 weeks.
