And a policy why you can't accommodate an extra cot when my son wanted to stay with us on the spot for the one night, when I was willing to pay for it, doesn't chime as hospitality ..."

The hotel is in a decent area, I liked the late check-in but after my experience we just wanted to leave. The staff is unprofessional rude and just bluntly ghetto. They talk about the patrons right in of them. Do NOT stay here! 2 Star hotel at max!

We stayed 2 different Quality Inns this month. Overall, Quality Inn are not good. Out of our future selection. Comfort Inn is good, Will be in our future selection list.
