"There was no hot tub and the tv in the bathroom didnt work. The staff said they were bringing a remote for the tv in the bathroom.. we waited and no one ever came. So we called and they said there wasnt a remote I was also told I had a view of the Ballagio fountain and i did not. "

"For the price I paid, I shouldn’t be complaining but it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel experience. Staff is very friendly and supportive but the property is very old."

"Even though I got a basic room, most rooms have refrigerators or microwaves in this room had neither, I did find some long hairs in the bathroom on the floor, and I barely have any on my head, so I know they weren’t mine and some of the light fixtures in the hallway were broken, it just seemed like this place was a little rundown, even though I know it’s an old hotel but I think it needs to get with the times and some major updates "

"The hotel was very comfortable. Of course there a few cons like the elevators, during my stay I heard stories from those who got stuck in there. Thank God that was not my experience, but I was definitely afraid it would happen to me, especially the red elevators, a little bit of a wait and they're all very shaky. Other than that the gym was great & clean! There was even someone doing maintenance on the machines while I was there. The carpets make it very hard to pull luggages, but you'll get over it. The pool area was clean, seating is limited tho."
