A Hidden Gem in SpringHill

House was perfect for our month stay. Kitchen fully equipped, refreshing pool and beautiful park like setting. Lisa and Bear were the perfect hosts. I would highly recommend.

Springhill home with pool

We were absolutely delighted with this home and its amenities! The house had everything as described in the host’s listing and we really enjoyed sitting out by the covered pool. We had great communication with our host and would love to stay here again soon!

Lovely Home

Lovely clean home, just as described in the listing. Owner communicated promptly and effectively. Would be a great option for a family with two children. Nice pool and very spacious shaded back yard.

A Great Place to Stay While Visiting Family

There's some things to do in the area as a tourist but most people will probably look at this property as a home for the winter (snowbirds) or a place to stay while they visit family. It was so nice and had every convienience including a pool. It's recently flipped and everything including the furnature is brand new. The property is huge! There are little trails in a wooded area and plenty of open space. The yard is fenced too. The owner is very comunicative and easy to work with. If you can't decide where to stay, you won't go wrong choosing this one. We'll be back next time we visit family in the area.

Quick Getaway!

We came to visit friends and attend a baby shower. The place was perfect for my husband and my 11-year-old. It’s exactly as described. The pool was great! Would stay again next time we come to visit our friends.

Lat minute weekend getaway

We came down on a last minute spring break trip to visit family. The house and pool were clean and well appointed. We all had a great stay! We will be saving this property for future use. Lisa was very quick at responding to my questions and she was very helpful.
